Wife was looking at a new Kia but after Calling and I talked to Joey over the phone he suggested I come in and look at a new Fusion for my wife. We drove down and test drove a new Fusion. We purchased several vehicles over the past few years from Bates Ford so they know us. Everyone at Bates Ford is very friendly and attentive to my needs. Any repairs are done quickly. The only issue I have is that I'm a recent widow, resulting in losing my husband's income. I had a major vehicle repair that had to be taken care of prior to receiving the death benefit payout. I was able to get my dream car which was actually a Nissan Rogue for a great monthly payment and total price. The staff was super friendly, very helpful, and got the best deal possible.
