Since 1993, we have bought 3 new vehicles and two great trucks (5 total). One reason is the service department is always customer focused. The best!

I have bought 3 Suv's from Bates Ford, and 2 of my Sons have bought there also. I go back to get my oil changed and my tire's rotated, and a few times I have had a little fender bender or a ding ( not always my fault ) lol and they take care of that too, Great people, and they do a great job Thank you Earlene Davis
In 2016 I found I needed a new vehicle. Well, I live in the Hartsville area and I'm a truck kind of guy. I've got to admit, up until then, I'd driven a GMC, but I'd heard good things about Bates Ford. So I made my way to Lebanon. I pulled into Bates and got out to look around. Wonderful Experience buying my new vehicle. Mike Mohr, internet sales guy was great. Richard in Finance was fast and professional in working with us and submitting everything to the bank. The GM handled paperwork like a pro. Would definitely recommend.
Drove all the way out to Bates Ford on a strong recommendation from a highly respected family member. They did not disappoint!!! Mike Mohr treated me like a friend and the whole staff was very welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I could leave that night with my new prized possession, a lightning blue Ford F-150, which I got to take right off the showroom floor. Mike didn't pressure me or push me any direction. I would recommend Bates Ford to anyone looking for a great deal on a Ford.
