I typed in what I was looking for and within 30 minutes, MIKE MOHR called me with price and availability. We set next day appointment, and everything just clicked together. A year and a half after I bought my car from bates ford, I had an issue with my window. I told them it sounded like the window was off track. They immediately tried to sell me a $300 window regulater (which I cannot verify even the existence of) instead of just standing behind their product. Being a mechanic myself I was motivated to go ahead and investigate the issue myself. Sure enough, the window was off track. It took me about 30 minutes to fix, and bates has lost a customer.
