Really great service experience. Shawn Cook is a terrific service advisor and I would definitely go see him. Definitely the best Ford service experience I’ve had in the Nashville metro market.
Took our car there to have recall work done. The whole time, we felt as if we were bothering them. They then called us and told us they would not be able to work on the car after having the car for 2 days. A must to avoid.
I had a great experience recently at Bates Ford. I did not purchase my vehicle there, but I wish I had. I purchased my Ford Explorer at a different dealership, but they couldn't make any repairs which was really frustrating. I brought my car to be fixed and they were SO kind and accommodating, especially Tyler in the service department. My car was repaired in less time than expected and they helped me make use of my warranty, get payment from my old dealership, etc. in order to get me the best rate.
