sales team was good but not at all that informed of features of the Grand Caravan. We were told that the van had bluetooth by looking at the radio but we have tried pairing devices to the uconnect for bluetooth feature and it tells us that the uconnect is not available. I have informed Bate's ford of this by emailing one of the managers with no response back. Took our 2018 Ford Fusion in for a oil change and check. Seen a 2019 Velocity Blue crew cab F-150 4x4 on the lot. We ended up trading in the fusion for the truck. The salesman was very nice and helpful. He answered all questions I had and worked hard to get us in the truck we wanted. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Bates Ford. Love the truck wife could not be happier. Definitely will be back.
