Where are we supposed to go for our banking needs now that the ***s and banking sites nearby have closed??????? we used the *** regularly at ****** Ferry, and a couple days ago I saw the *** and all Bank of America signage are gone!!!!! with ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE to the local patrons!!!!! My phone and wallet were stolen over the weekend. Given that it was Sunday - my only option was to contact ***************** In short - there was nothing they can do for me because I didnt have a phone to verify the code sent - I had to re-explain, my phone was stolen. My phone and wallet were stolen. I explained several times between the call center reps and the branch teller at the *****************************************************************. I said I've already called customer service who basically did not understand a word I was saying as they kept asking to verify a code that was sent to my phone. In February 2022, I had purchased 2 hearing aids at ********** for $2,003.00. My Bank of America pending statement balance was $2,003.00 plus other charges for March. I decided that I only needed one hearing aid and ***** credited me for $1,003.00 about a week and a half before the Bank of America payment due date in March. I was with Bank of America for 2 years plus. Approximately one month ago I was looking for a job and I went on indeed. I saw that there were a lot of jobs that were hiring. So I ended up making my application on indeed public. This one particular job said they were ADT and they were hiring. They first sent me a message to my cell phone asking me if I was still interested in the position. As a preferred member of Bank of America, I am highly disappointed with the customer service they provide. I have a simple request and its met with it cant be done. I have basically been told I need to have my own transactions subpoenaed or I can go through each statement for the last 4 years. I work for a mortgage company and even we can pull a full transaction history for any client. I could never imagine speaking to a customer the way ********************** speaks to their customers.

This bank is allowing fraud to occur in various bank accounts. They need to have a full review of their banking practices. I had an account set up by someone ...... and it is illegal use of my name. I talked to the fraud ***** and they said they had it fixed and locked, but I just got a letter in the mail showing it is still open. This account was supposed to be locked and to never be opened again. I would not allow anyone to bank with this company.

Had first account closed due to fraud. Nobody can touch the closed account according to Bank of America yet cashed my check in this closed fraudulent account after calling on two different occasions and being told by two different Bank employees the check was rejected. This happened 03/02/2022 and 03/03/2022 it is now 04/04/2022 and my funds are still unavailable due to their system process and miscommunication twice and not one accommodation has been made on my behalf for this extreme inconvenience and am treated poorly due... read more

I have a Bank of America Business Fundamentals Checking account. I called customer service to have the monthly service fee of $16 reversed. I am a full-time college student, juggling work and a design startup. I was not able to meet the minimums for my account because I could not work over this high demand school period. I was dismayed at the lack of interest in keeping me as a business customer and developing a relationship with me.
