Bank of America shut down my account for no reason "but a business decision " even though I approved of everything the loan company asked me to do. They are the worst Bank when it comes to taking care of their people.

Fraud account opened in my name and they would not help me without me giving them all of mine. Why would I do that when calling a number off a possible fraud letter. I called main number and was told the same. I don't see why they cannot just look it up by reference number on there own letter. WORST PLACE EVER TO DEAL WITH....
if i could give zero stars i would. I literally NEVER leave reviews on anything. I just left a review for both American Airlines and Bank of America. absolute worst experience trying to get a flight refund. I have a closed checking account originally used to pay for the flight and trying to get this refund between the two has been absolute h*** just bouncing me back and forth one putting all blame on the other. I closed my Merrill Edge 401K account because I reside in / am a citizen of *********. I asked Merrill to wire the funds to my ********** bank because no ********** financial institutions will accept checks denominated in **$. Unfortunately, Merrill ignored my instructions and sent me a **$ check that is literally worthless in ********* because no bank will recognise it. I opened an account with Bank of America March 9th of 2020. I banked with the institution until March 21st of 2020. I had money come in frequently with no issues. On March 21st the bank closed my account unexpectedly. I was told that they can close accounts anytime they want and it was nothing I can do about it, and that was the exact quote. I am Bank of Americas loyal customer for the last 14 years plus. I have a saving, checking and two credit line with them. I recently got scammed under the name of *************** for $253.74. I got a phone call saying its ***************, I was asked to transfer $265.37, before my electric gets disconnected. It was a snow day both of my kids were at home I panicked and transferred the amount after getting security confirmation. However, the scammers didnt stop they basically took $2530.74. I deposited cash into a B of A atm. It not only kept my items, but did not credit my account accordingly. I am now on day 5 watiing to get my money back. This is actually called stealing legally, taking someones money. No one one help me at all.

This Bank have the WORST customer service I have experinced. No help at all even on your worst time. Losing both my parents. My parents passed away and I was named the executor of the estate. I've been to the bank more than 3 times signing forms and on the phone and still they won't relieve the money to the estate. They making everything impossible for no reason.
