I was opening an account on the website, then inputting everything, all my info, my ssn, and then getting approved for the *************** saving account. Negative stars if I could! Worst bank there is. 30+ year customer with *********************** and they put me through the ringer trying to get a simple loan. They told me several different timelines when they'd have a decision. I had to send my documents THREE times, and when they had made their decision they STILL did not have the correct income. Appalling on so many levels. Terrible customer service. I didn't want a ********************** account. Somehow they got a contract with the ******************* disability insurance and it's how they pay benefits. I have a broken leg and required surgery. The only branch near .e closed a few years ago. I am writing this email to complain to the call center team to deal with the issue. I had purchased a cruise by using a bank of america credit card. Since I did not get my first statement and missed my first payment for 2 days, it was supposed the due date is 5/11, I called back to BOA on 5/13 to and found it was 2 days late, the customer understood that I did not get my first statement, so he helped me set up the paperless online statement and meanwhile waved the late fee, I really appreciated the help and thought it was al... read more
1 star is too much! It's not even worth leaving a review, just to get the same automated reply! My husband passed away 6 months ago & I have been trying to get his funds transferred for 5!
