Horrific costumer service. The manager of BOFA ************/ ********** ** humiliated me so much that Im pulling all my investments from this bank if nothing is done. What a Joke. A simple transfer of like to like of a ********* to them. We tried to move a small ********* account belonging to my minor son to our Merrill Lynch 529, it has taken 6 months of in person visits to the bank VP of finance as well as communication to ******** ********** ******** finally issued a check to Merrill and now they complain they don't know the principal versus interest breakdown. I went to a Bank of America three weeks ago, to inquire about a business credit card. Both my business and personal banking accounts are with BOA. I told them that I wanted to use my EIN only and asked if that was possible ( my personal credit has taken a major hit since I have put everything I have into my business). I have been a loyal BOA customer for years. Due to consolidation with another bank I have had to cancel my BOA account. Unfortunately each time trying to call to close the account the hold is over an hour or I am disconnected. By the time I find time to reach them again a monthly service charge has been applied. Support cannot waive this fee, so I then have to transfer in funds and try again. It feels designed to prevent closing account.
Bank Of America is a nightmare to deal with! I have had the unfortunate displeasure and dealing with them far too many times this last month. While on vacation my credit card got stolen and I had to call them multiple times to get the charges removed after being added back on to my statement. They had no proof or reason as to why those charges are back on and I wasted multiple hours and got transferred to multiple people trying to get this issue resolved. Hi my *************************, Bank of America knew that my bank account was closing, but instead when I went to the bank they still let me deposit a check I had.. Ive called numerous of time to get my check returned to me and they give me the run around! I deposited the check February 24th now there telling me that its possible that I wont get my check returned to me until April 4th or 5th or even later than that! Thats very unfair and that check should be returned to me asap just as fast as Bank of America accepted it!
I contacted B of A and told them I had recently become homeless and asked for an extra 3 days to make my minimum payment. It was due on 3/13/22 and I asked if one time I could pay this on 3/16/22 and not get hit with up to a $39.00 late fee. Mind you it was me calling and trying to do the right thing. I was told there was nothing they could do. Thats ***** far as Im concerned. I have always paid faithfully and the one time I need help they refused. Opened an account deposited $$ and the day I received my debit card they closed my account with out telling me and now I have no way to access my money. The worst bank EVER.
Well Bank of America in the mist of a Pandemic are Robbing there customers for financial gain on the back of senior citizens and people who dont have the means to fight back this is true only to get this message out sad but true Im out
