Paid off auto loan in September and received Title for Auto. Still being charged for payments. Made an $400 extra payment in Dec by phone to stop it all and that disappeared. Still shows that I didn't pay it. It actually shows that $46 instead of $400.
This overdraft protection is more trouble then it was good. First I was never asked if I wanted this service nor was I explained how it would be paid back. Why hold a year worth of overdraft fees to hit the customer with the fees all in one lump sum. Where was the terms and conditions. You all took my whole check and I still owe 127. I guess I wont eat. I went to BOA to cash a check. I informed the teller i did not have a account with BOA but the check is drawn off them. He took the check had me sign it then took it to his manager. The check was for $3000.00 he came back saying his manager said BOA does not cash checks for non members over $2500. I said why not its drawn off BOA he replied we just don't. I took the same check to another BOA and they cashed it and charged me $8. Does BOA not have rules that's across the board or every bank has different rules?
this is the WORST company The locations close early and already have limited hours I have been on hold going in circles on the automated phone line and can't get through because every time I say representative it asks me to select from a payment menu then whatever I select it just automatically rattles off the recent transactions or whatever I selected!!!DON'T EVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND BE COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL
Why can't I rate 0 stars. I banked with Bank of America for 15 years and then my account started to get lower and they started charging mystery fees. So I transferred money to a better bank, and my accounts were $0. I tried calling but kept getting long hold times, so it took several days to close the account and by that time new fees were added and they wouldn't let me close the account with negative balance. BOA is literally the worst bank ever. No one should ever bank there.
Bank Of America closed mine and my wifes checking accounts, business accounts, childrens savings accounts, credit card accounts without knowing us and they just saying in the letter they sent me, ' your risk profile no longer aligns with the bank's risk tolerance' ???When I call them no human is talking its keep saying voice message bank made a business decisions and cannot reconsider? even they didn't give any proper reason?I am having bank with them since 2014. Bank of America has decimated against me and accused me of authorizing transactions i have not made. I had three charges posted on my account by Apple Pay from 12/17-12/28 totaling $1,550. I disputed the transactions on 01/01/22 and was told on 01/05/22, the claim was declined because I utilized mobile banking during that time and it is my responsibility to review each transaction each time I login. I recently closed my account due to being scammed out of $275. BoA didn't care about me closing my account or help with an investigation. After I closed my account, they reopened it and let my direct deposit go through.

Opened a account had charges on it before my first deposit they charged overdraft for every charge the manger was rude and yelled she was absolutely no help I was on the phone 3 hours and the only credit **** back bother the ************************************************* checks for then when I asked to just close the account if its already been hacked they said I dont qualify since the account I am closing is less the 48 hours old and that I have to pay to close it down plus their overdraft
