hiding true business credit card balances for their customers and making business credit card account look like credit card owners owe money. I had bank of America personal credit card for over 10 years and now opened business credit card. Before when I see a balance on my personal credit card for $50 I would pay $50 to bring balance to 0. After Fraud claim that took 8 transfers and hours of holding, claim denied on on **** and ***** dollar **** payments to no one. They investigated, barely and found that there is nothing wrong.

Overdraft here is way too much! This bank has no consideration! Been banking with BOA for almost 9 years now and this pandemic it was really hard ive been really struggling they charged my account soo much overdraft in 20 days i had to pay 15 overdraft x $35=$525 on overdraft and i called 4 times to ask for consideration and they cant waive anything. All im asking is a little consideration money is not easy to earn esp nowadays! Nope they fdont care! No good to bank with!

There is no way I can emphasize enough what a terrible organization this is. They have poor customer service, will not help solve issues with your account, and care only about the profit they can make from keeping funds in their accounts. They should not be trusted with your money.

Bank of America has become completely Incompetent. They voided my claim for a fraudulent charge and sent me a letter claiming I was entitled to the evidence. All I had to do was to call them at the number on the letter. When I called, they could not find any evidence of the letter which bore the claim number on it. After long waits on the phone, I hung up. They don't deserve anyone's business. In fact, they don't deserve to be in business. This is not the first time I have had such conflicts.

I changed my auto pay bank account 2/3 and had a **** due 2/24. They cancelled the payment billed late fees and interest and will not wave the fees. A true scam.

Don't expect to get any customer service at **********************. I opened a bank acct recently and my funds were placed on hold for a week until I received my debit card. The card finally arrived; but what the heck? I still couldn't access my funds since I wasn't able to activate my card. The automated line couldn't locate the card number and after multiple attempts I finally called customer service. I would give a minus 5 if I could. I opened a new account on line, as all local branches in my area are closed or no lobby the next day my online access was shut down. I called and was transferred by representative to a closed department for it to hang up on me. I called back and Was told to wait til Monday to verify with closed fraud department why my account was frozen. I call 8 am Monday to find out that they had questions about my identity and their answer was to close my account. I was never called or emailed or notifie... read more

The worst banking institution to use as a customer. They give terrible customer service, they are lazy and never answer the phones or emails. They pass you around to agents until you take the loss and give up.
