I went in boa on *********** in *******. I deposited a money order for 2k. I was told by manager that my funds would be available at midnight, it wasnt,. I seen on the app it would be available at 9am, it wasnt. I would have cashed this at ******** Im livid, no one there should have told me when it would be available. Ive had three fraudulent charges in the past year with this bank location and each time I get ahold of anyone on the phone I dont get a call back when the calls get dropped. This third time Ive made a claim for fraudulent charges its slowed down my small business exponentially and Ive slowed down paying bills and employees and it made me late paying for my Bank of America credit card this month. I sold shares of DD, and Merrill mailed me a check for this sale. I deposited the check into my Fidelity account. Three days after I deposited the check into my account, the check was determined to by problematic and the full funds were returned to Merrill. I do not understand how a check from a large firm such as Merrill could bounce. I have spent hours on hold and talking to people at Merrill to find out what happened and where my money is. I've been a customer of BOA for 22 years. They acquired ************ in *******, so I became their customer. I have had ******************** hardship recently. I cancelled autopay with them for some of the credit cards I have with them so I could survive. They literally transferred money from my checking account to pay their credit cards without autopay being enabled. When I try to address it with them, I wait on hold hours and they deflect to other departments and drop my calls. They are an evil empire corporation BEWARE

If I was able to leave a negative rating I would. Just like customers below I am not able to get access to my paycheck for at least 7 days. Which does me no good in the mean time when like most American's at this moment we are living paycheck to paycheck. My explanation from the rep which I know is just doing their job is that is just what they do with new accounts no matter what. I deposited a check to my business account and i was told it would available the next day. When i checked my account the next day check is on hold. After talking with the bank they told i have to wait a week until i hear back why is it on hold. When i called the branch, manager didn't have no solution for my problem. Bank of America claims Department should be called complain Department. I was charged four times for two items. I was told I would be refunded for the transaction and I never was. This incident had occurred in October 2021. The claim had been closed and I haven't been refunded or contacted.
