Bank of America does not protect their customer funds. They fail to warn you about suspicious activity and the ignore a video that shows someone other than me took money out of my three accounts. They refuse to reimburse or show me the video. I will subpoena them for access. Hopefully when I prove the withdrew was not made by me they will reimburse. But it seems they are dishonest and just do not want to pay back the money despite proof of fraud. Do not bank. with. Bank of America.
I have been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years. At one point I had my checking and savings with them, along with a **** credit card. I have been banking with Bank of America since 2007 when I graduated highschool. I have never had issues with them despite their negative feedback everyone had about them even my spouse. I convinced my spouse that we should still keep the checking and savings with them. A month ago, my boss gave me a bonus in cash. *********** has become a headache to work with. From charging too much for small overdraft sometimes to others. I big issue was I transferred money my business to personal at BS and it transferred to a closed account I had 20yrs ago. Now I'm going in circles going on 3days trying to fix this at same bank just different depart and nobody can return my money. This is frustrating and an inconvenience! This bank fruaduintly closed my new bank account, and deposited then fruaduinly held my payroll check. Went to 2 locations and called customer service twice to be told they are closing my account and holding my money for 15 days. Never use this bank, you have better chances of fair treatment from a nigirian prince.

There is very illegal business going on in their auto loan department. ************************* and her staff do not how loans work and have put me through a situation in which I need a lawyer. Uncooperative and unknowledgeable workers here. Intelligence and customer service are low.
If I could give Bank of America 0 stars I would do that. I have had the worst experience with the way they have handled a claim for a charge on my checking account that I did not authorize. The representatives I spoke to clearly did not have enough training or the proper knowledge to advise me on how my claim was going to be handled. I have already made a complaint with Bank of America directly. I plan to close all accounts I have with them when or if my claim is ever resolved but I will no longer be doing business with them... read more
