I was in the hospital for 4 months fighting Covid, I fell a little behind with keeping my account up to date. When I finally got home I received $105 in fees for being overdrawn. After I got my account up to date, I called the bank to ask if they could waive the *********** told me no. BOA keeps stealing your money and their call center agents are so mean and rude. They do nothing for your loss. Do not open an account in Bank of America. They stole over $2000 of my money from my checking account and denied my dispute claim.

The most racist bank ever. Before I become a citizen I was trying to apply for credit card and the banker rudely was telling me that because I'm Iranian I had to get permission leter from government to be aligable to apply. Same day I go to ***** Fargo and i applied for credit card and later I got it. All the thing that BOA banker was telling me about permission or or whatever was completely ********. ***** Fargo banker didn't mention such thing. Very poor service waited 1 1/2 hours on phone couldn't get thru had to physically go to a branch I was disputing sale and your people disputed the wrong business this caused major problems for me now have to wait 45 days to get this fixed THIS WAS YOUR FAULT!!!!!!!! While at bank it took over 1 hour to get this fixed because the banker had to call bank of america to fix this and they couldn't get through

Worst bank experience ever. I wouldnt open a checking account with them. Stay away because they will just hold your money for a couple weeks and then close your account without telling you and then take 10 to 15 days to send you a check back.

Horrible experience the bank decided to close my account without stating anything to me thankfully I had been able to remove some money but some stayed behind and tell me about it the experience has been horrible been back and fourth with reps and managers and its been nothing a run a round for the past 6 months I suggest you take your money and keep it safe else were since these crooks can even pay me back my own money

My husband and I received Gift Cards at my husband's Company Holiday Party- ****** a piece - Jan 2021 . one card issued 11/20, good thru 8/21 - the other issued 12/20 good thru 9/21 - to my understanding with the Credit card act - if these are not used - they should be replaced . No where in the front of the card does it say , Reward Cards, Loyality Cards. I'll tell my full history here and how the bank of america put me in the worst time I had!at the beginning, I am going to another country, for indeterminate time, I still have to pay some baggage to dispatch. so I called the credit department to close my account 10 days before the travel. they misunderstood me and started the process to close both accounts!I did not realize that until 6 days before the travel, because all the money I had on the bank was withdraw and sent to the address (that I said previously thai I don't li... read more
