bank of America took money from my account $1018.18 cents without my permission to pay to some one not even on my account ,when I called recovery department the lady was very rude and was not help full ,I need my money back ,I have chronic heart disease. Please file a complaint on my behalf. I am health care worker with lot of stress at work and this is an additional stress to health. This is stealing money from my account ,it's a crime.

Bofa Hours are horrible for customers and they are unwilling to change
trying to close parent's account for 3 months. Local branch and estate service telling me different information. No communication from bank. Not getting resolved. Can only communicate by online chat. Very frustrating.
I have been with BofA since I was in high school, that was almost 10 years ago. I got them because everyone else in my family recommended BofA. Worst mistake ever!!! I work in a credit card company myself and let me just say, they are a breathe of fresh air compared to BofA. If i could give it no stars I would. I have been a loyal customer for past 4 years with both a checking account and credit card. I purchased a garden tool online with what turned out to be a fraudulent seller. I paid with my BOA card thru PAYPAL. Once I realized the seller was fraudulent I immediately called the customer service rep at BOA (within hrs) and was informed this will not be an issue and a hold placed on my account and I would not be responsible due to it being fraudulent and BOA has a policy as most credit cards ... read more
Horrible treatment of a 26 year long customer. Disappointed at the representatives unwillingness to accept the role big banks lack cutomer service. I paid the credit card amount in full based on the BofA app. number. FOUR months later, I recieved a letter saying I was past due 30 days. The bank waited three months, before they let me know that the total was $8 more than the app pay off amount. Then the bank began to charge me past due charges! An absolute circus of a bank. I have their travel rewards credit card and there's little to no protection on overseas transactions if you have an issue. They will blame the merchant, the other country's consumer laws (even when US state laws give you rights) and do next to nothing to resolve your issue. I changed from paper to electronic payment, and was late on a payment. Bank of America automatically charged a late fee and decreased my credit limit, despite the fact that I paid off my balance regularly. When I tried to call and talk to someone, hold times were hours long and I was hung up on by representatives that did not know how to help me.
