They let people steal your money and then you have a hard time getting it back! Don’t trust them with your money their mobile app is not secure enough all the questions they ask when you call they don’t ask on the apps

A sure sign of corporate America.Im done with them.Deposited 14000.00 on Friday the 8th and both accounts in the negative on the 13th.Asked how My business would survive they just said we don't know.Treated me like a number and that's it.As soon as my money is in there I'll be pulling it out.Flat out sorry bank.I mean sorry sorry sorry.

I could give a 0 I would. Bank of America transferred sold hundreds of people accounts to Bayview loan services which is now Community loan servicing. They are not accredited. Bayview Loan Servicing which is now Community Loan Servicing did not sold people accounts to Gregory loan services which is also not accredited. Gregory loan services is not paying their consumers city taxes or their home insurance. an accredited upstanding company. Horrible customer service, fees on top of fees. Online services are from 2010, ypu have to contact their horrible customer service for everything. Honestly don't even know how they are still operating. Never again will I do business with them, and I wouldn't recommend them for anything.

Bank of America is a horrendous company to try and resolve anything with. I've had my credit card for years, always paying off my balance early or on time and in full (even though your app is absolutely terrible). Tried making a payment early as I always do via the app and it wouldn't allow me to select my checking. Decided to try again later. Was trying to close my checking account because monthly fees. Been trying for the whole week actually. Called Thursday she said I have to move my money out the account so it’s 0. I move it out and call back the next day which is Friday, this time she can’t close my account because all pending charges need to clear specially the charge of me moving my money out was what was pending so she told me to call back Monday to close the account after pending charges are done pending. Bank of america work with customers to steal their money be careful with them. I made several deposits from Bank of america and they told me theyre Going to ba available the next day and at midnight they send me an email telling me there is a hold for up to 8 days and I write checks and they refuse to cover them because of the hold and they charge me 35 dlls per check. This is the worst Bank I have worked with. Be careful, the rules they follow are to steal your money I'm closing my account with them.
