put on hold for an hour regarding activation of a prepaid commercial card that was issued to me by a business to pay me a refund. I do not have a BofA account. Activation of the card had an error both on their website and on the telephone activation number. When I told the support person that I'm not a BofA account holder, he hung up on me.
As a bank that brags upon being the "best Digital Bank in the US" and having the best online and mobile banking services, it is only ironic that all mobile and online banking completely shut down from 8:30AM to 1PM CST on October 1st, when bills are due. Bank of America Credit Cards have deceptive business practices designed to make their customers delinquent so that they can receive late payment charges and interest payments. They automatically stopped sending me my credit statements in the mail without me requesting it. Those statements in the mail are my reminders to make payments to my credit card. over 5 years in business with them, over 5 credit cards large transactions, several deposit accounts. They closed all my accounts over night without any notice and kick my out like a dog. I have tried to contact them and they don't answer, they act like you are a criminal. its been 72 hours and i have lost over 20K so far in business. I will fight for my right and my losses for sure. they don't answer my questions, but they will answer OCCC.
Terrible automated system. Spent hours on a phone to resolve the payment fraud. Every time they asked me to fax additional information, it`s very time-consuming. I found all evidence that the merchant has misleading advertising and lied about the price is charged. So I have a legit claim. I had my credit card info stolen and used for a fraudulent charge. Bank of America won't refund me for the $390. It's been so frustrating working with them. Canceling my credit card!
I've been put on hold for 4 days in.a row now so I can talk to someone to continue my auto loan application. The call disconnects after being on hold for 4 hours. There is no callback option, there is no option to reply back by mail. They are absolutely unresponsive and they have ruined my week.

The absolute worst bank that you can deal with. They should shut this bank down already. FRAUDS.
I filed a legitimate claim against usps for damaging one of my shipments. Bofa refused to credit my $55 I paid through my bofa credit card. After 24 years of owning this bofa credit card, I cancelled it. Bofa rather lose my business than credit me $55. That's fine. They don't have to credit me the money. I don't have to do business with them. Chase bank is just down the street. Also got my wife to cancel her Bofa credit card. Double boom.
