Bank of america dose not protect there customers I got charged in 1 day 13000$ from a truck rental and another 5000$ I did the claim with Bank of America they sent me a letter that says the merchant has provided prove of service which is a receipt that doesn't have non of my info but somehow Bank of America refuses to dispute the charges don't use this Bank they will never protect you or care about there customers I lost 20k for something I never used bad service irresponsible Bank.
If I could give no stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Hidden fees. I spent over 3 hours in total on the phone with customer service and still no resolution.
Deposited my paycheck thru ATM. ATM took $2300 check and gave me no credit or verification of any kind. Stated that ATM could no longer accept deposits. I have been customer for 28 years and depositing payroll check on same days for 20 years. I live paycheck to paycheck. They are telling me it could take up to ***** day for my check to deposit. To Bank of America Im satisfied with branch how they work. But Im totally unsatisfied the fraud department. On 25th Oct they freezing my business account suddenly. Because the 27th Aug the fraud scams wired. I sent the evidence Best I could . The same day I asked about fraud Department because its business account I have to open another account immediately. Like many I would do zero starts but I'm forced to do one.So I can't email them or live chat I have to call. Yesterday I was on hold for 2hours and no one picked up after the first person directed my call Today 3hrs and still going not a soul has picked up again
I opened a credit card under my current legal last name. My online profile populated my maiden name. My new card was put on hold first time I tried using it bc of that. Took THREE AND HALF hours on the phone and 7+ transfers between departments to resolve. I lost so many brain cells trying to resolve. Will NEVER use this bank again.
As a 20+ year "valued" mortgage customer BofA sold my loan to a company with a B- Better Business Bureau rating without notice. They say they mailed a letter on 10/14/21 but on 10/27/21 I received an email reminding me I had an upcoming mortgage payment due. After COVID breaks out in 2020, While a lot of business change their process to align with the change in business environment, Bank of America is not ready to coup up with the change. Bank of America rejects a child support payment checks if it is deposited in to one of the spouse account. All they need to do is pick up a phone, call the customer and deposit to the correct account.Under the current processing time, It takes more than a year to get a check reissued by IRS.
