After 20 years of banking with Bank of America and never missing a payment or being late, I some how was late and they refused to waive the late fee. So much for being a valued customer and loyalty. Good bye **********************!!! There are plenty of banks for those of us with excellent credit. I will not continue to do business with a company that has no interest in customer care.
In January of 2021, my tax payments were transferred to *** due to I missed the county tax payment date. I paid the tax **** online for the *** escrow and *** misappropriated the funds.I called customer service many times to try to fix the problem. Starting in April 2021 until August 2021, *** continued to misappropriate my mortgage payments and the additional tax escrow payments. Super unhappy with the service and my experience. I've had an American Express credit card with them for years. Suddenly I'm just sent a **** replacement card with terms I never agreed to. Then the online banking no longer shows all my details as before. I would have never opened the account just to have the terms and type of card change. The service agent was unhelpful and rude
If only there a way to give NO stars! Bank of America is about the worst for customer service. I walked in the bank for a replacement card, ***** at the ******************* in *********, ** never greeted me. She rudely told me she can not help me. After asking for a teller she stated there are none available. She continued to help all the other guest and rudely avoid me. Reg Bank of America On Friday Oct 29 I had $5 in my account so I transferred $15 from my saving to cover a Transaction is was trying to pay at an inspection spot , so I transferred and paid the vendor thru Venmo , I never look at my account u til Sunday it was -$43.00 so I went and pulled money from another bank for $60 to cover the - fee on monday nov 1 2021 I received ****** pay for ****** and transferred it to my bank of American account all of a sudden I got an email I was going to be charged $180 nsf fee . If you use Autopay, beware, they took double payments out of my account for an auto loan for three months before I noticed it. Spent over an hour on the phone and they still thought I wasn't enrolled in autopay even though had made 2 years of payments prior to this date. The whole time they were saying I did something wrong instead. DON NOT EVER DO AUTOPAY WITH THESE THIEFS, IF YOU DO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH.
This bank is holding my money for 5 days for no good reason other than I was randomly selected for a 5 day hold on a deposit from a Bank of America account to my Bank of America account. Funds should have been released the next business day. I am on short term disability and this is my only source of income. This is ridiculous and I am reporting them to the Federal Reserve Bank

I opened a small business account with Bank of America in April of this year. I received my bank card in the mail shortly afterward. I used the BOA App to activate the card shortly after that I tried using the card but it was declined. I waited a while then I tried to use it again still not working. I then called and tried to activate once again still not working. I called and spoke with a representative and was told to give it a few hrs I waited weeks before attempting again still nothing.
