Last summer I deposited a pay check into my account and it took them two weeks to clear it I just deposited another paycheck into my account and it's going to take them a week to get it cleared when this check clears I am done messing with with this Bank this is bs I've never had any Bank do this to me they're the worst bank ever

Awful bank. I called in on June 18th because of fraudulent activity. They said they were canceling my card and sending me a new one. I received the new card and called in to activate it only to find that they had NOT canceled my card and the fraudulent charges had continued. Totaling over $700, that Bank of America allowed a theft to charge on my account that they told me had been canceled. They allowed someone to rob me. I wish I could make this a 0. Been working with Merrill Edge/Lynch on a 401k rollover. They screwed up on the instructions to get my funds rolled-over. Then refused to take ownership of their own issue. The 2 companies do not work together. They couldn't refund $75 fees for re-processing work. It took over 6 hours on the phone. I'm now taking all of my 401k Roll-over elsewhere. They are not easy to work with and refuse to take accountability for their own actions. AVOID!

Bank of America is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to do business with. They have certainly lost my trust. I have paid my car off and they took the payment of $3100 out twice causing my bank account to be charged $6200. They told me I had to wait a month to receive a refund for their mistake. Once the month had passed, I called to check on the status of the refund check and they had a sent it to my previous address. This information was updated years ago. Worst experience ever I have banked with them over 15 years. The past 6 months my debt card has been blocked every month for suspicious transactions. What could be so suspicious about McDonald's Burger King a grocery store and a deposit this is all I ever use the card for. I could understand if there were items popping up out of state or in a foreign country or high dollar amount I could understand that. This is the worst bank ever. I do not have overdraft protection and all of a sudden they trying to tell me they gave me over $600 when my stimulus check came in to make sure I don't overdraft . I have OCD so I contactly check my account my bills was paid with my paycheck and BOA did not credit me anything . Closing this account on Monday. The credit was a hold from 5/26 to 6/26; I get paid hi-weekly & work full time.

Bank Of America? Might want to switch that name. My rent came out of my account in the amount of $1,025 on 06/21/2021- caused my account to go negative $5. I immediately transferred money to the account, the same day, so the charge is not reversed, or I am not billed an overdraft fee. Bank Of America still charged me the overdraft fee, and the reason was "the deposit was still pending" however the deposit shows posted as of 06/21/2021. I am well aware that this may have absolutely no impact on such a big corporate bank. But to say that I basically feel violated after having to deal with BoA mishandling my mortgage is the very least. The lies and absolute disregard for my very first mortgage loan is appalling.
