I would like to caution everyone who is receiving EDD through Bank of America that they have been hacked again and money was diverted from my auto transfer to some other bank account how this can be done is unbelievable it has been 3 weeks then I filed the complaint with Bank of America and they have still yet to respond.
Went to a ATM at a branch, couldn't make a deposit. Drove to a different bank just for the atm to eat my deposit of $2600. I have the names of 18 representatives here who have answered my call when I tried to reach representatives. Each representatives transfers me to every department possible at Bank of America even those who can't even help me with my situation. If I could leave zero stars I would. On March 3, 2021 I received an alert from my phone about several suspicious transactions from my account that I saw them as that. At the time that these transactions occurred I was in Fresno,California. These transactions were from Arkansas from Kroger's. There was no way I could've made these transactions because I was in Fresno California. Also there is no Kroger's in my area. This is my worst experience with Bank of America credit card department. I did not get any alert about my credit card statement payment due. And I didn't even realize that I got already charged for $28 late fee with interest charge. I called the customer service and tried to waive as I had never missed the payment. This is the first time and which happened because of not getting alert and they said they can't waive the charge at all not even one time. Was refused service for a withdrawal because I am the custodian of my checking account with my Mom being the account holder. I am a 56 yo man, must be an easier way.

I have been a bank of America personal client for 15 years and a Business Client for 8 years. I've never been overly happy with the service I've received on either front. Recently I called in and asked the process of sending an online transfer i was walked through how to do this and emailed instructions. I asked at the same time if i was covered in an event of fraud for which i was told yes. This alleviated all my concerns for the large transfer i was trying to send. I called BOA this morning to waive a $12 fee they charged me as "monthly maintenance fee" b/c my account balance is over the stated $1500. Their response was that the balance fell below that on a certain day this month. I added back the money well before the day that it was charged, and had a balance of over $1500 again. I called and spoke to a lady from Georgia, and she said b/c the balance fell below, she could not credit it back and there was nothing she could do about.
