Bank of America will close your account without notice and will not give a reason. The alleged reason is a undisclosed business decision made on behalf the bank without contacting the customer. They closed my account on April 8th and allowed a check to deposit in after it's closure now Bank of America says they can't release my funds until May 18. This is a clear disregard for my well being as a customer. I had bills to pay and I work out of town, this is bad business at its finest.

I have had a Bank of America credit card for over 10 years now. Yesterday, with a zero balance, they took it upon themselves to withdrawn $1,200 from my checking account to pay a credit card with a zero dollar balance! I called them when I received the email stating they were going to do it. At that point it was marked pending on the app and my bank didn't have it yet. I received an email today reminding me that I had an automatic payment scheduled to come out of my account the following day, even though I had already cancelled the automatic payment through the mobile app. After calling to inquire about this, the representative explained to me that there was nothing they could do about the current payment that was already processing and that I would have to call back in a couple of days to request a refund. I have had an account with this company since 2016 when I was in college. I have moved several times, and they have failed to change my address every time I reported that I had moved (3 or 4 times!). I RARELY use the card. I have used it 3 times in the past 4 years. This last time, I had had it because they failed to change my address AGAIN, and they pulled the payment from the wrong account, charged me a late fee, and meanwhile I am getting 0 notifications because they didn't change the address. Bank of America Silverado Ranch Las Vegas, NV. Three weeks ago ** wife and I scheduled an appointment on Bank of America's website so that we could get ** added to the account. We scheduled for first thing in the morning because we had other plans and the only time we could get in. After we arrived and checked in first we watched them take multiple appointments who showed up after us before they told us they screwed up and double booked for the day. Horrible customer service and Management. Wouldn't bank here if you had the chance. Management and service is very bad and is very poorly ran. Tellers are rude and disrespectful. When calling there is no live person to contact and there is it is very annoying and disrespectful

I paid off my balance of my charge card 2691.00 to Bank of America on my charge card had some issues with this. I used the online app it did not complete for me tried 2 times. The next day called customer seevice she said no there are no transactios posted i explained i tried twice was not sure it went through she aaid ni its ok to call a payment in using phone so i set up a payment. Those in search of a new rewards credit card, look elsewhere! Yes the $200 intro reward was great and the extended no interested period made it even better but what happened next makes me wish I would've never opened the account. Bank of America advertises no liability for fraudulent charges but I have been in a battle with them about a fraudulent Amazon purchase since November. - Early February: pre-selection letter received for BankAmericard Mastercard - no annual fees - Feb 26th: Applied using the personal secure code provided. No decision has been made on spot.
