Worst place ever. I called the ******************** location at least 100 times this week to schedule an appointment for my dog that has kennel cough. Tried to get her meds but they only schedule appointments weeks in advance. My dog is legit hacking up a lung and they could care less. Worst place ever. Your animal will not get good care here. If I could curse in this review I would.

This company is cruel and has no compassion for their customers. I am reading lots of similar complaints. My dog passes away and they were arguing with me to pay out his wellness plan until it was supposed to expire. I refuse to pay for a dog that is no longer with us. Terrible, cruel way to deal with people. I have passed on word of mouth and will be writing reviews everywhere I can on how awful I was treated. Disgusting. Over $100 measly dollars! Just cancel the plan !!!!!!

Stay away from Banfield!!! They misdiagnosed my 5-year-old dog with pneumonia when she had lung cancer. I showed 3 vets after and they could all tell right away! All they gave her was coughing pills and some antibiotics, while my poor dog's cancer spread throughout her whole body and I had to put her to sleep. If you love your pets, do NOT take them to Banfield!!!!If I could I give zero stars
