The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable
i have been going to Marina Pet Hospital for years with my animals and have never received anything other than complete A+ service, kindness, compassion, and professionalism. they know me when i call, they know my kitty, and they get me in immediately whenever i have any health concerns. it can be pricey and people sometimes complain about the in house insurance, but it is a lifesaver. people have insurance and so should your furry family members. all the DVMs are incredible and i would not go anywhere else!
I have been taking my three dogs here for over three years now. In the past year this place has gone so far downhill that I have cancelled our wellness plans and switched vets. First they gave me medicine that was not the right dosage for my small dogs and gave me a hard time trying to return it. Then one of my dogs was vomiting every day and they could not fit me in for 7 days! Then we requested an x-ray and the doctor refused!!! Great service, remembered my pets name and were very friendly.
I felt like the staff enjoyed being with me and my dog. They explained things in detail and answered any questions or concerns that I may have had to my satisfaction. My pets are family and I expect them to receive as good of care as me or my son would receive at a medical facility. I felt like that was achieved during this visit.
Looked after us right away, vet wanted to see our cat, even when we didn't have an appointment, gave our cat shots today vs next weekend - don't have to return next weekend. answer all questions, very caring about our cat very thorough with the notes, answer all questions, awesome! So far very impressed with Banfield Bellingham THANKS ALL!!
I go with Dr. Wolfe simply because she was the first doctor I saw there and I never saw a need to change. So, I am not saying anything negative about the others. I just don't know them.
Everyone at this office is very nice, they take the time to listen to my questions and dont try to rush me out. They are also very good with my dog.
