She really cares! – Dr. Melcon is a great doctor who really truly cares about the pets!
They are all wonderful – I had one short visit with Dr. Kim and she was wonderful as well. My vet bill for 4 nights of hospitalization was so reasonable - if your pet has a chronic illness get the insurance, I more than made the money back within the first two visits.
Serious animal lovers – After spending 4 days in the back room of the hospital with my cat, I was able to observe the entire staff and I must say they are awesome, they brought me tissues, kept my cats cage very clean, offered all kinds of different treats to help her eat. And aside from my cat I watched them with all the other patients as well, and those vet techs are serious animal lovers, when your pet goes to the back room with them they receive babytalk, cuddles, etc.
Enjoyable experience – Overall an enjoyable experience. MPH is a fine sub for Pets Unlimited. I was able to schedule an appointment in a bind and the doctors were very kind and straight forward and they were genuinely interested in the health of my two dogs.
Great care. – I have brought my dogs to Marina Pet for over 30 years. The quality of care has always been great. Dr. Melcon, however, is the best I have known.
Will recommend – I would recommend Marina Pet Hospital any day of the week!
Professional and genuine – Caroline Kim was the Vet who met us for a brief consultation and general assessment of my cat's health. She was very professional and genuine
Good job – Latest visit, my 17 year old rasta cat was hoping for a new non-dread look. Naturally I called a groomer who to my surprise would NOT accept an older cat - AGISM! Next call was to The Marina Pet Hospital. They were easily able to accommodate me on very short notice
Always a pleasure with both the doctors and front desk staff.
