Dr. Kim and Dr. Melcom are great veterinarians! They have cared for and treated all three of my wonderful dogs - a black Lab, a greyhound, and a mixed breed "one of a kind" dog. They have seen us through puppyhood to end of life issues. They have done so with great care, kindness, and skill. My dogs feel at home with them and their staff. Absolutely amazing service!
Everytime I have an emergency I am always able to get in the same day with no problems which is great. I won't always count on the easy scheduling, but so far so good.
This hospital is out of my way considering I don't have a car and have to walk many miles to get here, but well worth it for Dr. Kim!
The front staff is great. Yeah they're ghetto, but so am I so our personalities match. They always greet me when I walk in and are never rude. I have seen how many stuck up snotty people and their princess pets they have to deal with and they maintain composure.
