The support staff is improving (and we're glad for that)
I have my 2 dogs enrolled in their wellness plans and it save me money and the staff are all nice. When I had to put one of my dogs down, they all were compassionate and the vet even cried. They are all pet lovers and it shows.
I was initially happy here, but we will now go to a different vet. I took my puppy in to be neutered today and they tried to sell me several additional services including anal gland clean out! When I asked what that was and why I would pay for that, I was told that some dogs don't empty their anal glands fully and in some dogs, it could cause a problem. After I turned down the 4 additional services offered and went home, I got a call saying that my puppy had 2 baby teeth that they would like to pull at an additional charge. ... read more

I transferred my dog to Banfield from Cascade Vet in Sedro. After being at Cascade several times for the same symptoms, they still could not find out what was wrong with him. Not only are they better priced, but they found out what was wrong with my dog in one visit. They even gave me a coupon for a free office visit.

Dr. Orr. operated on our lab last year to remove an eye that had clouded over with a major Glaucoma that had build up severe pressure. Dr Orr followed up with me on how to care for the pet post eye removal and had me bring my dog back in 1-2 weeks later to to a follow-up. I was very pleased with everything, from the results to the follow-up care and instructions. I had a very good experience and look forward to future visits.
Warm, respectful, bright staff. Dr. Kim, Dr. Tam, and front staff very kind to me when I had to let my Fred go to heaven.
