This Banfield location is horribly unprofessional. The office manager ***** mistreats her employees and does not care at all for their welfare. My husband worked there for a few months and he was disrespected multiple times. I will no longer recommend Banfield to anyone because of Caseys repeated behavior.

I wish there was an option for zero stars! You're not worthy of one! I was using their services for a few years previously and they were terrible. They gave my dog two kinds of wrong medication. Earlier this year I noticed a charge on my credit card for 4 months straight. They somehow enrolled me into some program and were charging my card monthly. I tried telling them I never signed up and they didn't care. I asked them to provide proof of signing up and they could not. Now they gave this case to collections and what a pain... read more

Terrible veterinary care. Negligent treatment of my dog. On two consecutive 6 month physicals the vet missed a tumor on my dog until I pointed it out. They merely did a needle biopsy and misdiagnosed it as benign! My dog has malignant cancer which went untreated and misdiagnosed until I found another vet. Now I owe them for 10 more months of there Wellness Plan. I was contacted and promised they would look into it. They never called me back. I am astonished Banfield is still in business with their poor pet care and unfair tr... read more

This place is a huge scam and the BBB should figure out a way to shut them down. My dog was dying, myself and the vets knew. I always had the pet insurance which I find out after isnt really an insurance its a wellness plan whatever that means. I recently had to put down (euthanized) on July 10, 22 he was a Member of Banfield hospital for 4 years would have been on July 26, 2022, they never diagnosed him for any sickness, as a dog owner and dog lover I was on top of his well-care visits and sick visit. however, on every one of his visits, his blood work report always came back good, which concerns me, I decided to take him for an x-ray at an urgent care facility because I knew he was having problems breathing and when it got confirmed collapsed Trachea, however, as... read more

Banfield was a good place when ******************* was there. Down hill since then. Most recently we took our aging cat in; losing weight and drooling. They sent ** home with *********************** We just sent him to the Rainbow Bridge with multiple sores and tumors in his mouth 2 weeks after his exam at Brentwood Banfield.
