Banfield wellness plan is a rip off, they are still billing me for the wellness plan and my dog is dead, they have started billing someone else's credit card and will not stop and was not willing to cancel the plan after I told them my dog died in April of 2022. I've tried to resolve the problem the right way but they are not willing too. I've had my 2 dogs on Banfield's pet insurance for 10 + years. I have been over-charged and honestly don't know why I've stuck with Banfield for so long. The providers nickel and dime you and it's absolutely ridiculous. I just had my 6.8 lb poodle get 2 teeth extracted and it costed me almost $1400. I manage a dental practice and for a human, it doesn't cost over $1000 for 2 molar extractions. My dog was already under anesthsia for a dental cleaning. Truly a terrible business. Their customer service is atrocious - their vet care is dangerous. Try to get vet care from this place, I dare you. You will get caught up in some version of a fight with their desk ladies, the vet will not serve your pet or take care of them. Very rarely is there a business that will take a lot of your money, but literally deny service day after day after day with dozens of random excuses. Most unhelpful, scammy business. This Banfield location is horribly unprofessional. The office manager ***** mistreats her employees and does not care at all for their welfare. My husband worked there for a few months and he was disrespected multiple times. I will no longer recommend Banfield to anyone because of Caseys repeated behavior.

I would not recommend this animal hospital ever. They include an office visit charge for everything, even a castration surgery. Charges are exorbitant. I adopted a stray male cat. After 1 visit, 3 immunizations and a simple castration surgery, I paid $610. Other animal hospitals do not charge for an office visit when you take your pet in for a scheduled surgery. I am grateful I did not sign up for their pet insurance because I do not want a relationship with an animal hospital based on deception and greed.
