Three days to get my car fixed the first waited five hours for them to say there was nothing wrong the second day had a tech come with me for a test drive he felt the torque converter but said it was not covered under warranty mind you this part was replaced in February of this year and is under warranty so I called Toyota they spoke to someone working there informed them it should have been replaced day one of us visiting day three after 8 hours of waiting it finally got replaced we was not even offered a rental my husband ... read more
Anyone else told you have 15k miles a year. Then turn in lease and they now say you had only 12k a year! ???? Update. So after going back and fourth and telling them that we where lied to. We signed it. Which ok I understand. The dealer/salesman lied � to us . But they never looked into it when I told them that I had 45k miles they just sent it to a collection agency. They used every car sales cliche in the book: bait and switch, gaslighting, holding hostage, outright lying. Rude, condescending and sexist sales manager. Hardly any women working there other than the receptionist, and women customers clearly treated differently. Will never step foot in there again.
Unfortunately, the car dealer reputation of being shady and not deliver on their promises continues- when your salesperson states a vehicle has a warranty and that it carries forward and confirmed by more than one person except when it's time to sign the paperwork is unacceptable- buyers beware - no integrity- bad business practices- shady, shady
