I just got my SSN so I can buy a car, and I had an appointment for a test drive planed a week in advance, for a Ford Fiesta ses hatchback 2011, I was willing to pay cash. The car was already sold when I arrived: I drove for an hour for nothing and I feel like they told me anything about the car already sold to bait me in here and show me other cars. It is everything but a professional attitude. The manager was really sorry.. Not enough.
These people will flat out lie to you. They do not follow through on what they tell you they are going to do and once they get ypu to buy a car, they do not care about you as a customer at all! The customer service is awful!

Great customer service, best deal on the vehicle I wanted, compared to competitive dealerships, customer service was indeed above standards. I recommend this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I recommend the sales rep named Christian, he was able to fulfill all my needs as a first time vehicle buyer, and made sure I was content throughout the whole process. Great establishment �
