Was told service was about an hour and out in less than 45 minutes. With 2 kids in tow, that was a very nice surprise. First time here as we had moved from out of state and I like what I see so far.
I will never shop at Balise Toyota again! What a nightmare of sleezy high pressure sales associates. After a week of negotiation and slimy sales tactics, we agree on a price. Then at closing, they tell me that I have to use their financing to keep price(2% higher than my outside lender) RI FB friends beware!

I had a great experience with the service department today. They made sure I had a loaner that would fit my 4 kids, while my van was being fixed for a recall. I was in and out quickly and my van was vacuumed and washed when I got it back.
