Made an appointment at 1pm with Kayleigh Massey on a Friday afternoon to see a vehicle the following morning. Spoke with her on the phone and via email to confirm the car was still available. After driving an hour and a half to my appointment, I am told that the car was sold the night before. Probably never even had the car in the first place to sell. Absolutely 100% a bait and switch business. Horrible customer service and overall terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable dealership.

Well first off don't come to this place if you want a car. Went in Thursday 7/5 with a specific vehicle in mind- not interested in anything else. Fill out all paper work and credit app and have to go do other things. After being told oh someone will call you someone will call you, I stop in Friday afternoon. Since you asked for a review, here goes. I have never been so thoroughly dissatisfied and disgusted with a car lot before. If I was to rate you from 1 to 10 you would get a -10. To start with this person Sara kept on calling us and e-mailing us weekly about our lease. She kept telling us there were all kinds of deals that they would discuss with us. Didn't happen. I made an appointment for a diagnosing why my air conditioner is not working, specified I do not want to have the repair made. I was never told that the diagnosis is $150! (By the way that is triple what a specialized repair shop charges). Never going back again!
Worse dealership ever. Nothing but liars. Make deal with you and then they don’t honor it at the end, hoping you will pick something else. Prey on single women trying to put something over on them. They only want you to buy a car don’t care if you can afford it.
