Sorry to see so many bad reviews. My experience buying a used RAV4 from Farouk Hassan at Balise was very good and I am a tough critic of service people. I lucked out that they had pretty much exactly what I was looking for at low miles and dealership certified. They found me a good loan through Pawtucket Credit Union and helped me set up the insurance. My only complaint - I felt a little pressured to take on the extra care package from the financing guy so I am hoping that will pay off.
Farouk Hassan at Balise Toyota got us a great deal on a RAV4, he was awesome no haggling. service is excellent , they really work and listen to the customer. Highly recommend to others. Thanks
Terrible experience and a waste of time. We emailed the dealership this afternoon about availability of a vehicle on the website. Got a reply at 3:18 pm that the car was still available. Drove to Balise 2 hours later and was told the car sold. In 2 hours it was signed, sealed & delivered?! I think not. And to top it off they brought one around front for us to drive that was an older year/body style. Bait & switch is not a good way to do business.
I think it's been the worst place. High pressure sales, whack customer service, lots of paperwork and things to sign. The main thing for me is that I am not getting what I paid for! Nobody is calling me back to schedule my sunroof installation. If I could get out of this deal, I'd do it in a heartbeat, but then I would have no car, since they took my trade!!
