This has been the worst ever car buying experience. I'm still waiting for them to finalize the transaction.
This was a horribly disappointing engagement. The car appears to be ok...so that is something but the dealership did not follow through on almost any of the commitments made to us when we purchased the car. And even though they knew we were frustrated and committed to be ready for us when we came back to the dealership, they fumbled it again. My husband bought a car on Sunday he works from home and hasn't driven it more than 40 miles he didn't notice the bubble on his tire until yesterday when he finally taking it out for a long ride he went back and talked to the general manager who said there was nothing he could do .my husband had to pay $93 even if that was the case since we only bought the car on Sunday they should have eaten this and they should've let us get the tire for nothing very displeased with balizee. love the sales person that sold us car.so make s... read more
I am happy to say that when I had a complaint, they resolved it right away amd I am so glad.
This is the WORST dealership in this area. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity, keep going. This is the reason most people dislike sales people. Awful tactics, game playing, the salesman actually chased me as I was leaving the building trying to guilt me into staying. This after the Sales Manager held my car keys hostage. I did end up buying a Toyota (excellent product) but not from these people. I would have left 0 stars if I could have.

Rich Morra was very helpful!! He took time to answer all my questions and really listened to my concerns. I didn't feel rushed and I'm extremely happy with my purchase!
