Purchased a used car. I have been there 4 out of 8 days for issues! This car should not have passed inspection! My experience buying this car has not been exciting at all, this week has been filled with a lot of anxiety because if this! I'm looking into RI Lemon Law right now, seeing what wool they pulled over my eyes! They aren't making fixing my car for the fourth time pleasant either. I can't wait for the next issue...

Two years ago my husband and I had a great experience at Balise. I ranted and raved about them and gave them an A+. Today we visited them only to find out that they are not the same and did not honor the commitment that was made over the phone. I was very disappointed . D- now.
