I was with my friend today as he purchased a car from Balise. Thanks to Donny Chakoian Jr. everything went smoothly. I originally just went in to look at a 2010 Toyota corolla and to possibly trade in my car. I met with Donny Chakoian (think I'm spelling that right) and after talking to him for a little while I was absolutely blown away! He knew that the 2010 had high mileage and that he wanted to help me out. Long story short I ended up leaving with a 2017 Nissan Sentra with very incredible payments and all of the negative Equity on my Chevy taken off the books courtesy of Balise. These are an amazing bunch of people here!
I wasn't happy when I first walked in to get my car an oil change but that changed shortly after. I might have had a long wait but every complaint I had was addressed and fixed. Glad I chose Belise to buy and service my car. Thank you!
Just had to drop a line to say what a pleasant experience we had at Balise! Our salesman, Matthew Reynolds was wonderful, he was very respectful and pleasant to deal with, had answers for all our questions and was very knowledgeable when it came to helping us decide on which vehicle and price range would work for us. All in all, if we are ever in the market again we will definitely come back!
