Donny Chakoian is the best sales person I have ever bought a car from. He actually listened when I told him what I was looking for, and only showed me what I was looking for. He treated me like I was family and I appreciate that so much.
Now I know why people don’t trust dealerships. This is the second time balise nissan of Warwick tried charge me and not do the tire rotation. Heads up service dept , when the truck comes in with dirty white lettering on the front tires and the dirty white lettering is still on the front tires , it’s dead give away that the tires weren’t rotated when a customer picks up their car !
Our experience at Balise was very pleasurable - we dealt with Karen - she was very professional , through, and very knowledgable - she followed up as expected with the back order on the touch - up paint - so yes , we will return to Karen and Balise for out next vehicle and pass on the experience to family and friends
