I was a first time dealership buyer and thought I had done all the research I needed, until I actually spoke with a Balise Nissan associate, Donny. Donny not only reviewed the car I was there to see, but went over all options based on my preferences and what I was looking for. We’ve been Balise (Nissan and Toyota)customers for over 12 years but we will not be going back. We decided to buy a used 2015 Altima as a commuting work car for my husband. The car had 40k and seemed to be a good deal. A week after having the car it was in their shop for a whistle noise. We were told it couldn’t be fixed but they would insulate it (it still whistles even after the insulation). It was such a relief to NOT be pressured in to something I did not want just to make a sale. My fiancé and I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue this past weekend. We walked on the lot and knew which one we wanted! Donny did nothing but try to help us the best he could!! Donny was great! Set us up with a Nissan rouge. I didn’t think I was going to by a car today. I believe I felt like I was driving him crazy because we took him for rides in 3 different cars till I finally drove the Nissan rouge. We went through a lot of stress with Greico Chrysler leasing a Jeep Cherokee through a buy back program in which they treated us poorly and disrespectful. Glad we came here and thank you Donny.
