My experience here was honestly great. Hector helped me and my mother buy our cars. He definitely made sure we both got right car for us. My mom got a Jeep Cherokee and I got a Nissan Altima. This was my first time buying a car so I wasn’t really sure how the process of buying one really worked but I have to say that it is really not a hard process and I learned a lot from this experience and everyone who helped us out just made the process easier. As always I am glad to say that I great experience at Balise, I purchased a used vehicle for my son from Mark Sampson and he was a great help. The car had just been traded in and had not been gone through 100%, but he made sure everything was taken care of and we drove the car away the same day.
Just had the WORST EXPERIENCE dealing with a totally unprofessional sales rep who clearly had ZERO respect for us... the "sales manager" was absolutely useless, too... too bad because in the fall of 2014, we bought a vehicle there from Donny; that experience was very good!
Ask for Donny! He found us the perfect car! He was so helpful, honest and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. We will definitely be back, great experience.
