WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. BUYER BEWARE! Went into this Balise location on 12/11 to lease a new Rogue. This would have been my FOURTH consecutive Balise Nissan lease. Didn’t offer me a loaner vehicle the time I had my vehicle serviced when I had to go to work, failed to align the vehicle and taped the bottom panel instead of gluing it down or offering to replace the panel. Considering going to Inskip to get my vehicle serviced if my time and money isn’t being taken seriously. Very disappointed with the reliability of this establishment.
Absolutely an amazing experience thanks to Donnie and the receptionist. I️ went in crying cause I️ had to buy a new car because of an accident and Donnie came over and helped me even though I️ wanted my old Nissan Maxima. He was so Sympathetic, personable, and friendly and did not push me into anything even though he should have left at 5:00 he stayed with me til 8:15. I️ could not have asked for a better salesman.
