I bought a used 09 Malibu 3yrs ago I had problems the first two weeks, nothing but bullshit from Balise. I would never recommend anyone purchase a car from them.
If it's not for Mark, the Sales Manager ... I would never have stepped into this place for service. Once the warranty is out, I'm done here!
Every time my daughter goes there they try to tell her she needs things repaired that she doesn't! Today met with a very rude Salesman! I had awful experience when I purchased my 2010 Pathfinder.. I see nothing's changed!
