RecommendedMy salesman James Oliver was so nice. However, upon leaving, we determined the radio in the vehicle was malfunctioning. This delayed me another two hours while they tried to get it working. I had to return to dealership on Monday am to pick up a rental. It’s disappointing and I live an hour away so it was quite an inconvenience for me. Rob Langella in service was extremely nice also. It would be nice if you could throw something at me for my inconvenience.
