I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Nissan Sentra from Balise Nissan of Warwick in October 2014. Along with that purchase, I purchased a 7 year/100,000 mile warranty. I brought my vehicle in for service to this dealership on Monday June 8th 2020, and was informed my warranty has expired as of October 2018. Every time I make an appointment for an oil change I have to wait 2 hrs oil change is 30mins job this is going to be the last time I come here
Excellent prices (significantly cheaper than mechanics and oil change chains), polite and helpful staff, the wait-time was reasonable and the clean comfortable waiting room offered free bottled Poland Spring, as well as a complimentary car wash.
