Pathetically slow service

Dylan, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Your vehicle re-inspection took longer than usual due to a bad brake light bulb, which we had to replace. Our customer's time is extremely important to us and we apologize.
Absolutely furious with the service I received. I scheduled an appointment way ahead of time to ensure I could get my oil changed quickly and early. When I checked in I was told it would be done in 30 minutes...2 hours later and I'm still waiting. They didn't even bring the car in until I asked about it an hour and 45 minutes later. Apparently they forgot. Don't waste your time here; their sign about providing a quality experience is an absolute joke.
