Service appointments are a joke it doesn't matter what time your appointment is for if someone comes ahead of you they service them first. showed up at 4:30 for a 5:00 oil change didnt get out of there until after 6:30! Guy with 5 30 appointment came in after me but because his service guy is a faster typer than mine i was behind him all this after I explained I had a wake to go to so any help they could hive me to get out early. Horrible experience!

Take a hard look at the service department !!! Advisors are overwhelmed, ignore customers standing there, no calls back to advise status, "techs are backed up" doesn't cut it when you are servicing customers. You make enough money, HIRE SOME TECHS !!!!
