My fiancee and I bought our Chevy Equinox a couple of months ago. Gizem was our rep. I swear he was more patient than God himself! Our insurance company was giving us issues for whatever reason. They weren't getting back to us or sending the forms back, but Gizem was persistent and got it all done. I needed paperwork that I didn't realize that he was patient to wait for that. worse dealer ever. sell u a car u think had same as what u traded in. nope down grade... then sales recommend a different kind of vent visors so i purchase jan 2020 same as car. already into my 3rd set they keep falling off then service says u need outside ones wouls never recommend the ones sales told u.so make third appt call 2 confirm so i dont drive there and take half day. well service never held parts that were there 2 weeks ago. will never purchase a car there again
went to the parts department on Saturday needing a key replaced for my 2017 Chevy impala, instead I recieved horrible customer service and after three hours of waiting for something as simple as a key, I was told they couldn't transfer the information from the computer onto my new key so I was sent omw with the remaining issue.very disappointing!! I wasnt treated as a valued customer and as a result I went to a locksmith who took care of the problem effectively. I will not buy another vehicle from these people again!!
How sad that Balise managed to make buying my dream car into the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. I arrived at the dealership at 9am on a Saturday wanting to test drive a new Camaro. A car I had been waiting for a long time to finally make the commitment to buy.
