Purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado from them 4 years ago was told by salesperson truck had a clean car fax report . I go to trade in for a new Hyundai at Gary Rome and come to find out truck has been in a accident that I was not told about ! I got into a almost brand new car for less than what I was paying for that truck never again !

Maybe I’m unreasonable but when you make the first service appointment of the day you would expect them to start on it right away,not over an hour after the appointment time. Waiting here way longer than expected that’s for sure.
Just bought our 2nd vehicle from Balise Chevrolet!! Our Chevy Colorado is beyond what we could have imagined!! Syed and Alex were top notch! Their professionalism and integrity was above and beyond!! The paperwork was seamless! We would recommend Balise 100%!!

I bought my car less than a year ago in this place and the car has broken down 3 times already. I do not recommend buying anything here they sell you lemon cars. I am very disappointed with this place.
Their service department is useless. My 2018 Silverado ran fine until my last service appointment and now it breaks down on me randomly and won't start. Eventually I'm able to get it to start and I bring it to them. I've brought it to them twice since this started and they can't fix it because the computer doesn't tell them what's wrong. Apparently they need a prompt to tell them what's wrong because their technicians aren't capable of troubleshooting it themselves using logic or experience. Service wait times are very long for even the simplest items. Do yourself a favor and cross the river to West Springfield for service
