This dealer is the worst dealer I have been too in quite a while. My situation is not an easy one trying to consolidate two vehicles into one payment. I understand that but I drove up their to try and get a ball park. Unfortunately they blew me off because I didn't have the 2nd vehicle or its VIN #. They wouldn't even give me the time of day. Where do I start? saw they had a frontier that just came in so I called. salesmen couldn't find it on the computer so I had to give him the stock number. He had to go find the keys so he could send me some photos because they didnt have photos of it yet. he sent me photos all is well I set up an appointment for the very next morning first thing. he said no problem come on in. Ben Davis, in sales, is great! When it came time to trade in my truck he made it work..my financial situation is complicated but Ben was able to make it work for me. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me several trucks..he never tried to oversell me. This is my second truck from Balise. Every time I come in for service I go see Ben to talk vehicles and to just talk..he's a good guy. I recommend Ben Davis in sales and the service department has always been good to me. I'm a Balise customer for good.
