I will never go there again. I brought my truck in for service and they not only didn’t keep my appointment but tried to keep my vehicle for two days. Just by them simply not keeping my appointment I lost a customer and a job worth $2,300.00. For a small business owner that’s unacceptable. For a large company they just lost all of my family, my company and my personal business from here on out. Don’t bring your vehicle here period.

I made an appointment for an oil change for 2 on Wednesday I got there and was told it wouldn't be i till 3:30 when they would take my car in. Wth is the appointment for? Who has 1.5 hrs to wait after an appointment time? I then asked what is an appointment for hey said it's not really an appointment it's to make sure and advisor is available to talk to you well that's bull as well I waited 15 minutes to even talk to anyone at two then be told I need to wait an hour and a half to get my car in in and it would take an hour to... read more
